The man behind this toy wrote "I enjoyed playing with marbles when I was a kid, and wanted a game where players could whack a marble around a playing area, and score goals. That resulted in my design of the Marble Whacker game." This game is as fun as it looks! Marble Whacker is an exciting, fast-paced game for 2 players. The players use flippers to whack rolling marbles around a slightly curved playing surface. A goal is scored when a player succeeds in hitting a marble into the goal area at the opponent’s end of the game. The Whacker comes with a drawstring bag of 22 game-size (5/8") marbles (2 extra per set). It is crafted from natural and unfinished poplar, alder, and maple woods and can be easily disassembled, allowing the owner to apply a painted, stained, or oil finish to the individual parts.
