Shannon "Snoop" Norris and Erin Cartee are the husband and wife duo behind Fireworx Glass Studio. Shannon took to lampworking after seeing the fun Erin had with basic equiptment he had purchased for her as a gift. Initially self-taught, he continued honing his glass working skills by sharing techniques with fellow lampworkers. He also acquired knowledge in various techniques through coursework at the Corning Museum of Glass where he trained under artists Eric Goldschmidt and Mike Plane. In this photo Shannon (right) is working on a collaboration piece with a friend.

Currently Shannon and his wife enjoy a Bohemian lifestyle, displaying their work at art and music festivals across the country.
