Order Processing Procedure: You will see on-screen and e-mail order confirmations referencing an order # after completion of checkout. If you do not, you have not completing checkout. Orders paid for by credit card are authorized at checkout, and charged when the order is approved to ship. Orders paid for by secured PayPal, check or money order are approved to ship upon confirmation of receipt of funds. If payment is by check or unsecured PayPal, we reserve the right to hold shipping until funds have cleared the bank. Upon shipping approval, we will send a shipping confirmation e-mail to the address entered during checkout. Domestic orders ship via 1st Class mail, unless the weight is over 13 Oz, then we must ship via Priority mail. International orders ship via Priority Mail International.
Payment Forms: We accept checks, money orders, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus. We do NOT accept foreign checks, starter checks, double endorsed checks or foreign money.
Delivery Timeframes: Orders have a lead processing time of 1-2 business days before they ship. Once they ship, Domestic 1st Class & Priority packages average 2-3 business days. International Air packages average 4-10 business days. However, these delivery time frames are not guaranteed; Domestic mail can take up to 30 days to arrive. International mail can take up to 60 days.
Lost Packages: If your domestic package does not arrive within 30 days of the ship date as per your shipping confirmation please
Contact Us and we will investigate. If your domestic order costs under $100 we will refund your money or reship it immediately as per our "FREE Domestic Insurance" policy below. If your international package does not arrive within 60 days we will investigate, but the investigation the we can do for international mail is limited to tracking the package to the border. Once the package has left the Country there is no tracking. Because of this, we do not offer insurance on international mail. In the event of a missing international package, we suggest you follow up with your postal service, there is nothing more we can do. Place International orders at your own risk - if your order goes missing it cannot be guaranteed and will not be reshipped or refunded! You will be required to accept these terms of sale before checking out. Most international orders arrive, but a small percent do not.
FREE DOMESTIC DELIVERY INSURANCE: LandOfMarbles.com domestic orders under $100 include FREE domestic delivery insurance! If your order is domestic (shipping to the U.S.), your product subtotal is under $100, you provided an accurate address and your order goes missing we will refund your money or reship it, as you desire. You must allow 30 days (as per Delivery Timeframes) before making a claim. If your order is domestic and your subtotal is over $100 you will be prompted to buy insurance at US Postal Service rates during checkout. If you decline the insurance and your order goes missing, we cannot do anything for you. If you pay for insurance, we will refund or reship immediately, as you wish.
Cancellations & Add-ons: If you make a cancellation/add-on request, we will try our best to accommodate the request, but it's possible your order could ship before your message is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Handmade marbles may not be perfect spheres, this is typical of handmade marbles. We charge a $1.99 processing fee on orders below $10. Bring your subtotal above $10 to avoid this. If you pay by check, and it bounces, we will charge a $15 bounced-check fee.
Damage Claims: Claims for damage that occurred in shipment should be made with the carrier. All product is checked for damage as it is pulled to fill orders. If we overlook something, the damage claim must be made within a week of receipt. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a damage claim.
Return Policy: Any item can be returned for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and insurance) up to 30 days after receipt. If you wish to replace the item with another, please place a new order, and return your original purchase at your earliest convenience for a refund. Orders received or placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 the following year. Returns must be in original condition, unopened, and resalable.
