Terms of Sale
Please print & save these terms with your order confirmation.
- Payment Forms: We accept PayPal, US cash, checks, money orders and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express). If you are a non-USA customer paying by check or money order, payment MUST be in US dollars (Open currency converter in new window). Checks must be pre-printed with a name and an account number, and cashable at a US bank (a US bank will be printed on the face of the document). We do NOT accept foreign checks, starter checks, double endorsed checks or foreign money.
- Order Processing Procedure: You will receive on-screen and e-mailed order confirmations upon checkout. Orders paid for by credit card are authorized at checkout, and charged when the order is approved to ship. Orders paid for by secured PayPal, check or money order are approved to ship upon confirmation of receipt of funds. If payment is by check or unsecured PayPal, we reserve the right to hold shipping approval until the funds have cleared the bank. Once shipping is approved, we will send a shipping confirmation e-mail to the address entered during checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Orders have a lead processing time of 2-3 business days before they ship. Domestic orders ship via 1st Class mail, unless the weight is over 13 Oz, then we must ship via Priorty mail. International orders ship via Priority Mail International.
- Delivery Timeframes: Orders have a lead processing time of 2-3 business days before they ship. Once they ship, Domestic 1st Class packages average 2-5 business days, Priority packages average 2-3 business days. International Air packages average 4-10 business days. However, these delivery timeframes are not guaranteed; Domestic mail can take up to 30 days to arrive. International mail can take up to 60 days. If your package does not arrive within 30 days of your order date (60 for International orders), please Contact Us and we will investigate.
- Small Order Fee: We charge a $2.99 small order fee to recover costs associated with processing a small order. Bring your subtotal above $9.75 to avoid this fee.
- Disclaimers: Many images shown are for illustrative purposes only, and do not depict the actual piece(s) you will receive. If this is important to you, please Contact Us and ask before placing your order. Actual colors shipped may vary slightly from what is pictured due to dye-lot differences and/or your monitor configuration. Images shown are not to scale, please see the item descriptions for sizes. Sizes are not precise, and may vary +/- approximately 1/16". Quantities shown may be for illustrative purposes only, please see item description for information on quantities offered for sale. Not all vintage, out-of-production items, will be Mint, please see the item descriptions for condition. All new, contemporary items are without manufacturing defects.
- Accurate Address: If your package is lost because you provided the wrong address, we will not reship unless shipping costs are paid again.
- Cancellations: Please Contact Us via telephone during office hours and if your order hasn't shipped, we will cancel it. If a cancellation request is sent via e-mail, our feedback forms, or by leaving a message on our answering machine, we will try our best to cancel your order once we receive your message, but it's possible it could ship before your message is received. If this happens, you may still return the order at your expense.
- Return Policy: Any item can be returned for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) or exchanged for an identical piece up to 30 days after receipt. Orders received or placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 the following year. Returns must be in original condition, unopened, and resalable. We reserve the right to issue a refund if we do not have replacements available for an exchange. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Do not return merchandise without prior authorization. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a return.
