Mike Wallace began expressing himself through glass art in 1997. He has trained at The Toledo Museum of Art, Pittsburg Glass Center, Corning Museum of Glass and Seattle Hot Glass. He owns and manages a private glass studio; Village Glass in Sylvania.

He also serves as an instructor at the Toledo Museum of Art teaching Intermediate & Advanced glass blowing, Advanced techniques and other special demonstrations. Mike says; "Creating glass art is an immediate, creative and challenging experience where I use my vision and technical skills to create fine art."

Best known for his bird sculptures (shown above), Make does produce some art glass marbles, particularly for use in his related work, "Bag o' Marbles," offered below.
