Peltier cat's-eyes developed into this type of cat's-eye in later years. The core is fat, and reminiscent of Bananas, but the corners of the squarish banana core are more pronounced, approaching the look of the "vanes" that became common in later cat's-eyes. These are seldom recognized as Peltier. I once had an orange group I purchased from an ex-Peltier employee. This group I suspected were Peltier too, and Bob Block, author of "Marbles: Identification & Price Guide," confirmed that ID. Overall, white is a harder-to-find color in cat's-eyes. This would make a great addition to a cat's-eye or Peltier collection.
