I have sent similar mibs like those of the first group. I am sure it is obvious to all of you; but I'm not getting the differentiation of the Conquerers vs. Akro moss patch. (Sad I know!)
Hi everyone, I appreciate all your patience with my learning curve. I have two last marbles that I found interesting. They look incredibly like they were drawn on with a pencil the ribbons are so fine. Any direction helpful. Cas
I posted a looong time ago here, and had nothing but the greatest help, so I thought I would try out this forum again with a new marble! :) I thank you in advance for your help.
This marble was found at an estate sale, it appears to have no distinguishing marks or signatures. It is...
I was rather xcited after my last few posts b/c I am BEGINNING to feel as if I'm "connecting" some of the dots! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Cas
The pink trans has fine lines of white and an aqua vein.
Is that thin darkish line on the white opaque what someone referred to as "horse hair" oxblood?? (Or just a thin darkish line?! LOL!)
Hello everyone. I appreciate all the responses I have received to date. I also (hopefully) will capture the seams better in my pics. If you have any other suggestions to make ID easier for you all, please don't hesitate to let me know. Cas
I just sold a lot of 500 of marbles like these for only $15 and i was kind of disappointed so i was thinking I might see if there is anything that can be identified.
Are they worth anything?
i didn't know whether to put this under "Score" or "Killer", but since i don't recognize the name this'll do!
another flea find----picked it up for $4---absolutely mint and 3/4''
outside of the bag said "Handmade--Jerry Capel w/ Lutz"
it is super loaded w/ aventurine (i'm assuming that's...
I have been avoiding sending any cat's eyes, but this one is odd. Not green based so threw me off. Solitary mib also odd. Bubble centered with little white "whispies"...when I encounter something like those should I just assume from Mega or Master?
I am quite new to marble collecting, I have found some really interesting marbles on ebay but I cannot id them, the nearest I could find on the internet is Christensen Sand Layers but I am not convinced they are. Would be great if any of the experts out there could enlighten me!! (Ebay UK) item...
The last one in the second set looks very similar color-wise to the one I sent earlier that was IDd as new foreign. (Sorry...I try to pull out stuff that is similar). I did warn ya'll that I did not heed good advice - hope I'm not boring you with my meager finds thus far! Tx all again for the...
The single marble difficult to photograph. It is neat looking; but quite dinged up.
Gonna make a stab at it: First set 1 & 3 swirls (don't know about middle one) and second set: First two Jabos and last Conquerer? Tx!
Second "mib" is heavy; like a steel bearing. Not really a marble I would assume? Tx again. Cas
