Are these considered snotty marbles? The one on the right has fine lines of blue swirled in the white. Amber is 19/32 and the other is 5/8. Thanks for all your help.

Here's a couple from a recent lot I purchased. Left is a translucent base with green and blue, with a surface ribbon of blue bordered by yellow..65". Right has white (veneered?) blue and red ribbons, looks like white filaments inside..63". All feedback is appreciated. Thanks for all the ID help.
Just located these in a mason jar as I was organizing in the basement. Think they are pretty cool. Can you let me know what you think? The yellow one glows multiple colors ( orange, yellow, with dark mottling under uv light. Its hard to describe. It is also heavy.
