I am new to the community but not to collecting.
I purchased this marble around 10 years ago from a trusted source. He stated it was a four color Peltier National Line Rainbo that had been polished. I had never seen these colors before or since. Any help?...
Here are pics of the one with the white ribbon inside. Any ideas??
I had the marbles that came along with the benningtons and the possible end of cane seperate but my daughter "helpfully" sorted them all by color. So I don't remember which ones came in the old box...not that that would make them truly old. :icon_conf
I saw where it was suggested to seperate...
In my collection I have numerous slags, I'll use that as a generic term rather than list every company name here, of which I do not know the manufacturer. M.F.C.'s I know as they are easily identifiable, however the rest I'm not positive. this thread is just a feeler to see if someone would be...

A couple of week ago I bought a lot at an auction and am posting pictures of what I believe to be the most promising, the only thing I do know is the original owner would have been a kid in the 30's or 40's and I am guessing these marbles are probably...
Just got this one today and can't decide if its a Josephs coat or a coreless swirl. Measures just over 3/4". There is only 2 or 3 places that you can see inside the marble. It also looks like a different type clear glass was used in the forming of the swirls.
It's Herbie, Been out if pocket a couple of days, Can some one direct me to a good sight for Benningtons? Thanks as always, Herbie:banghead:
