On another thread Pete and I were discussing Scott Patrick and his marbles. He gets dissed by some collectors, but I've never had any problem IDing his stuff. http://www.gaiser.org/ScottPatrick1.jpg http://www.gaiser.org/ScottPatrick2.jpg http://www.gaiser.org/ScottPatrick3.jpg
What's the rarity and value of this marble?
Took this photo for another forum, but thought I post it here also. Four very early Peltier NLR Swirls. A Spiderman, a wannabe Flaming Dragon, a Rebel and a Ketchup and Mustard. All just under 7/8. Little Superboy is just under 5/8 for comparison. http://www.gaiser.org/OldPeltiers.jpg
I earlier posted a photo of the Alley on the left, never thinking I'd see a second one for a pair. Within a week or so, the one on the right became mine. And no, this is not a black and white photo. http://www.gaiser.org/FlamePair.jpg
A *very* nice dark gray Alley Flame http://www.gaiser.org/AlleyFlame011118-1.jpg http://www.gaiser.org/AlleyFlame011118-2.jpg
I'm working on a way of photo resizing, less background, more mib. So I thought I'd start with this one. Nosing around on Marble Alan's site and found that this doesn't belong on my cork pile but might be a MFC Horizontal slag. Not exactly "killer" but kind'a uncommon. Bruce
I ordered a shipwreck marble a couple weeks ago and I loved it so much that I had to order another one. The first is the solid core red, white, and blue with the yellow lines on the exterior. It has a couple flecks on mica in it. The second was the blue, teal, and peach onionskin. It has a lot...
Been trying to take good marble photos. Still trying to get rid of the hot spots. I have some ideas but they will take some engineering. Anyway I did end up with this pic of my favorite big slags. The big red one, top middle is 15/16ths. Bruce

A nice group shot of Furnace marbles in my collection. http://www.gaiser.org/ChampFurnace110217.jpg
Peltier on the right was one I picked a few years ago and seems to be HTF. I know of one other Peltier collector who has one. The one on the left came up in a group of 19 other Peltiers. Some pretty nice Peltiers, but this is the one I was bidding on. http://www.gaiser.org/PeltierHTFPair.jpg
I'm a sucker for corks. I was just play... er inspectin' my display and thought I'd try some photos to see if I could do 'em justice. I know some folks think a 2 color cork is a bit mundane but I like 'em. The green one may be my favorite in the whole pile, 7/8 auger I think it's called. the red...

Maybe the cleanest Peltier Citrus I've managed to snag. Kind of want to call this a hybrid with that black streak in the red ribbon on the right, but I'll just call it a Liberty Citrus for now. http://www.gaiser.org/LibertyCitrus092317-1.jpg http://www.gaiser.org/LibertyCitrus092317-2.jpg
Here is a small selection of some of the marbles we have there is a lot more to rank photos of when I get time Enjoy Andy
