1) The "Golden Rule" is to be followed at all times: Treat others as you would have others treat you.

2) Users will not post any objectionable messages - messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws or that can reasonably be interpreted as offensive or malicious. Proofread you posts and err on the side of caution. (To report a post, click the red triangle icon in the lower left corner of the post. To report messaging & emailing, please forward the message to the moderators.) Posters of spam or pornography will be banned immediately and permanently.

3) Although the administrator and moderators of LandOfmarbles.com Community Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author only, and neither the owners of LandOfmarbles.com Community Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

4) The owners of LandOfmarbles.com Community Forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any post or thread for any reason.

5) There are to be no clickable links embedded in signatures leading to content hosted off the LandOfMarbles.com server.

6) Users are expected to post at appropriate forums only. For example, do not post links to your eBay auctions anywhere but the "Buy,Sell, Trade" forum. Doing so can earn an infraction.

7) Individuals posting anonymously (as "guests") for the purpose of hiding their identity while violating Rule #2 above will be permanently banned.

These Rules may change at any time. By using the forum, users consent to agreement with the prevailing Rules. Failure to do so could result in an infraction or banning, at the sole discretion of the administator and/or moderators. Infractions expire in 30 days. If a user earns 3 infractions within 30 days, they will be banned for a minumum of 2 weeks. At the sole discretion of the administrator, this ban can be extended or made permanent.
