Thats how it is here in NY also. That is the ones that didnt get rusted out from the road salt. Kinda hard to demo a car that has a bad case of cancer.
    Thanks

I here you about the rust Terry. For those not in the "know"...check out the before and after recondition pictures to see how well a rusty rear end fares in an all-out brawl.

Not yet Joestreet...going stir crazy waiting too. Wish my job wasn't an every single day of my miserable life thing. (having problems w/ work LOL) I'd go get it myself. Word to the wise, ever need a car moved, talk directly to the moving company and don't go through a broker.

Derrick, You must be going nut's waiting till it is home where it belongs. I know I would be!! Could always get someone to drive it for you. Just hope it's not a Richard Pryor event like in the movie I think called Moving.
    Later.
    Thanks

hiya Road... yep '64, got her when she only had 28K original miles. original paint, clear factory seat covers... electric wing windows, still have the original spare tire. and the window sticker from detroit. she's named 'green peace' (save the whales?) the only thing not original is the pin striping.. and on the trunk, in the lower corner, there's a tiny little whale, and it says 'green piece' under it... yep painter had a real sense of humor. but the pinstriping is true to her era.
429 hauls a** too. she only rolls out of the garage a few times a year now.... mainly just to keep her running, wash and wax her and back it goes..

I had a 64 Caddy with the 429! They are factory torque monsters. Rated at like 350 HP and 430 FT of torque. I believe the factory under-rated these cars. I made it into the finals with my '64.....sorry. LOL
