    Couldn't resist this one.

It says Peltier on the bag but the mibs are MK. I am sure it is a fantasy pack...
I went through Marblealans site on fake bags and didn't see this one.

I think both of these bags have Marble Kings:

Here's another view of the cat's eye bag which shows the vanes a little better.

There are some other pix of those two bags here.

PLUS, there are pix of that style of bag with definite pelts in them. Banana cat's eyes.

I'm pretty sure I've seen a real Peltier bag similar to that one but I'm pretty sure it had Peltier mibs in it! My question is . . . why would someone go through the trouble of duplicating a Peltier bag and then stick MKs in it? It's not like Pelts are HTF! LOL. -Ric

My guess is some scenario along the lines of Pelt had a lot of extra bags to fill but not enough marbles to complete the order. So they used MK's.

    or something like that

So what's the story T-Girl? Are the MK-stuffed Pelt bags faked or was there some kind of collaboration with MK at some point? As best I can tell, the MKs don't look to be the new style. -Ric

The way the bags are sealed make me think it was a factory job...maybe there's a real Pelt hiding in my bag!!!

I'll use my x-ray vision first. If it is a golden rebel the bag comes open. Does anyone have a similar bag filled with Pelts that they could post?

They are legit bags. Peltier was part of the original ownership of MK so I'm sure there was some cross-purchasing of marbles.

Besides the MK's in those bags, I have seen the Peltier banana cat's-eyes, clearies and opaques in those style bags. I have not seen any Rainbos or other types.

Marble King packaged Alleys and Peltier in mesh and poly bags with Marble King headers. This cross is because Sellers Peltier was part original owner of Marble King who bought the St.Marys WV Alley marble plant. Marble King packaged remaining Alley marbles until they got to full speed with their patch types. Peltier packaged Marble Kings when needed. Competition was high and the number of marbles produced in a day, packaged and shipped is what kept buyers. Otherwise they went to Akro or Vitro. They were Childrens toys, sales preminums,or give aways. Numbers and size counted ,not colors, type or style. Why do you NEVER see the Alley name on any marble package of any type ??? I know,do you, just ask.
