unable to manage attachments

Everytime I try to upload photos by clicking on add files in the manage attachments section, I get sent back to the main page of the forums instead of being able to select photos from my computer?? what do I do.

NBo one else has reported this, and I just tested it and it worked fine. When you click "manage attachments" in the attachments area, a window should pop-up labeled "File Upload Manager."

Have you successfully uploaded pics before? Are you seeing this pop-up?

Usually if a user has a problem, and no one else reported trouble, and I can operate without seeing the reported trouble, it ios somethings in the setup of the PC of the user having the trouble. Security Settings are often the culprit, try lowering the Security Options in your browser?

Can anyone else offer any suggestions?
