PICS ADDED! Made some clay marbles

I decided to make some clay marbles. I did some with just color and pattern and some I used my own canes on. Trying to determine an asking price and if it would be better to auction them on ebay or put them on etsy for a fixed price. Can you guys help with some pricing suggestions? The large ones are an inch or larger. Smaller ones are around 5/8 and the medium ones are around 3/4.

    Re: Made some clay marbles....

Im also working on some other ideas for handmade artist marbles. I don't have expertise or equipment to make glass marbles......... but as an artist I enjoy a challenge and an opportunity to get creative

They are very pretty. I don't know about pricing, but I can tell you that I would be willing to pay $10 to $20 a piece for one of them, maybe more. I do not collect clay marbles at all, so for me, that is saying a lot. The detail is absolutely stunning. You should be proud.

Thanks I will be listing them soon. I will be sure to let everyone know when they go up for auction. I want to be sure that I have each one as perfect as I can get it! It is incredibly difficult to make something perfectly round by hand :P (I'm thinking perfection might be impossible by hand ) I want to make each one by hand..... So the only machine involved is the oven to bake the clay.... Everything else is just me and a bunch of sandpaper :D its a long process.... But satisfying and no varnish is used.... Just sanding and polishing. I really like how they finished out
