I know this is an old thread, but IMHO.....I think its a really cool Peltier "Single Band" Rainbo.....the third pic suggests that there is a lighter color?...or perhaps half of the ribbon just goes under the base to make it appear like a lighter color......picture 4 shows it to be a single band Rainbo......Nice sample too....Wow!!!...That base glass is killer.....
