Re: Another Fantastic Score!
@ Mike,
Picked em up at a local auction, counted 20 CAC's total in the lot, with two nice Miller Pelt's, one being a John Deere and one being a Reb Zebra and a NLR Hybrid Liberty...
Thanks Marbles!

Re: Another Fantastic Score!
I would certainly have mistaken the auction house for heaven to if I stumbled upon a lot like that!

Re: Another Fantastic Score!
Kevin, the marble that is at the three o'clock position in the first group shot and at the one o'clock position in the second photo, is green with a red splotch swirl. It's right below the white marble and beside a black and peach (seemingly) cork. What is this marble? I have one that is nearly identical. Is it an ordinary, nothing special marble? Thanks, Bob

Re: Another Fantastic Score!
It's a Christensen Agate Swirl, nothing to special no, but the size makes it a better. The Black and Salmon one is also a Christensen Agate.

Re: Another Fantastic Score!
Wow, I'm ready to move. I wonder how I can convince my wife to move to Ohio.
I like how you said you had to spend $100, as if suggesting that might be embarrassingly high for such a lot. You've already seen what I've spent $100 on, so don't worry, you did extremely well at least compared to my last few pseudo-scores.
But I can still pride myself in the fact that I probably have more slingshot ammo than you do to use in case of a zombie apocalypse...

Re: Another Fantastic Score!
Thanks, most where commons, about 20% of the commons where in n/m shape, all the good ones where in great shape with 18 of the CAC's being in the Mint range, i was happy with it, i should have got some photos of the Vitro Agate box that was in the lot, it was in Mint condition with what looked like all the original mibs but my dad wanted it so i sold it to him.
