As I know Roger and Claudia Hardy and have purchased a number of these from them - I have never heard either of them refer to them with Claudia's name. Roger has always been a careful and consistent user of clear naming syntax - both in their book and in conversations, and in neither have taken any poetic license as far as I have observed.
Now that I think about it - it was
long after Roger exhausted his supply of them that I started hearing some people use this term (and relatively recently). I will see them in a few months and ask.
Like most marble names - I suspect the "Claudia" moniker was invented by a seller who wanted to put some spin on the merchandise. In my opinion - this recent naming attempt is unhelpful to collectors, as the original description was clear and descriptive.
