Scott Patrick's marbles were initially shrouded in tales of deception and fraud. Scott's inspiration is no secret - he made a name for himself (if a somewhat infamous one) by creating mimics of many of the most highly sought after collectible machine-mades, particularly Christensen Agate Co. "Guineas" and the pricier Peltier Glass Co. "National Line Rainbos." It was only a matter of time before contemporary collectors came to appreciate Scott's marbles as legitamate works of art in their own right, paticularly those with a penchant for smaller size contemporaries - there is no denying Scott has real talent.
Scott is based in Hamilton, Ohio. His marbles are typically unsigned - he feels the marbles are too small to mar with a signature, although he sometimes etches his marbles with a lightning bolt. What follows are all that remains of our inventory of Scott Patrick marbles, as he has significantly curtailed production is recent years.
